Vermeer Manufacturing was committed to providing leadership development tools and development programs that lead to sustainable transformation within emerging and middle management.

Our Brief
To develop a tool and process that would produce constructive and deep effect specific to each leader. To build sustainability within the lives of selected leaders as they developed their performance competencies.

Our Approach
Our approach was to take each individual through the Personal Leadership Summit® for twelve months. We provided the personal coaches, as the company “outsourced” this piece of the program. We also began to build the 24×7 Leader Program® that would provide ongoing training and development for each leader.

Our Achievements
We have taken many top leaders through a twelve month Personal Leadership Summit® process. We have been instrumental in helping leaders gain clarity as to what is critical in the leadership process, and then to sustain excellence in the execution of these competencies.

Additionally, we continue to provide personal coaching for select subject matters. As these leaders have transitioned to different positions professionally, we have been able to provide assistance in both their personal and professional development.
