Explores the challenges growing companies, business units and organizational leaders face as they work to build operational excellence and grow the business. Coordination of best practices, establishing and strengthening performance mechanisms, creating group synergies toward strategic goals are identified, developed, and reinforced. This is for executive leaders who are tasked with strategic leadership and execution of the business.

Phase I: Assessment

Because self-awareness is a key aspect of our program, participants will be asked to fill out several assessment surveys prior to attending.

Phase II: The Living Room Group Sessions

To be determined by the specific organization and core leadership.

Phase III: Building for the Future

Post-program coaching session conducted in person or by phone, in addition to a follow-up online assessment, conducted six months after the program.
