Created to help organizations not only identify high potential leaders, but also to provide the critical leadership tools and practices to create ongoing leadership for the essential results needed by the current and future organization. Assessment of leadership competencies, interpersonal skills, group expertise, and basics in running the business are identified and developed.

Phase I: Assessment

Pre-Course Work
Because self-awareness is a key aspect of our program, participants will be asked to fill out several assessment surveys prior to attending.

Phase II: The Living Room Group Sessions

A five-day commitment during which we dive in to learning the foundations of leadership and how it ties to the business.

Phase III: Building for the Future

Post-program coaching session conducted in person or by phone.
Follow-up online assessment, conducted six months after the program.
